The Agreement with the Klamath River Renewal Corporation is in support of the Brown Administration's ongoing strategic implementation of the Klamath Hydroelectric Settlement Agreement. The Agreement provides for the potential surrender, decommissioning, and removal of four dams along the main stem of the Klamath River. Funding will be use to assist and facilitate the preparation and submission of applications to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in order to accomplish the removal of the four dams on the Klamath River.
