Project: Eastern MWD- La Piedra Pipeline Expansion Project

Description: The Project will construct approximately 2,500 feet of 18-inch Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe, 700 feet of 18-inch Cement-mortar Lined and Coated (CML&C) under the 215 freeway, 1,200 feet of 12-inch PVC pipe and 170 feet of 12-inch CML&C along Antelope Rd and La Piedra Rd to supply recycled water to the Countryside Marketplace and Menifee Town Center developments. The City of Menifee alternative was selected based on survey results of recycled water demand and proximity to recycled water mains as the cost effective alternative.
