Project: Phase I Total Channel Control System Modernization

Description: This first phase provides modernization improvements at four laterals. This will involve: final engineering design; environmental compliance and permits; replacement or retrofit of three sublateral heading structures, 31 drop (water level control) structures, and 40 turnouts; monitoring and verification of expected operations and expected benefits; and, public outreach regarding ongoing project implementation.
