Proposed project will consist of an analysis of project alternatives to address the project purpose and improvements required to meet permit regulations and environmental requirements. It will also include identification of potential delays to the progress of the project, recommendations for design improvements, a conceptual layout for the proposed alternatives, cost estimates, and a proposed schedule. Alternatives may be examined for various WWTP facilities including the headworks, aeration basins, pump stations, and high priority items such as the solids handling system, clarifier, outfall line, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
