Project: Arcata Rail with Trail Connectivity: Humboldt Bay Trail North Construction

Description: The City of Arcata will construct 3 miles California Coastal Trail along the Humboldt Bay Trail on the eastern shore of Humboldt Bay, in Arcata California. The trail is designed and will be constructed to provide Class I, accessible, non-motorized, recreational and commute opportunities from Highway 255 in the City, through the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary, south on the eastern edge of Humboldt Bay along the Eureka-Arcata Corridor, to Brainard’s Slough.
