Project: Lake Camanche Water System Compliance - Construction Project

Description: Amador Water Agency will construct a new 500,000 gallon storage tank. The new tank, which will be located at the existing tank 9 site, will allow the system to achieve its required chlorine contact time. Amador Water Agency will also install approximately 3,100 feet of 12-inch PVC pipeline to connect the new tank to the existing distribution system near Well 14. The existing 8-inch line that runs from the distribution system to the tank site will serve as the new tank?s inlet, while the new line will serve as its outlet. This project will also help their pressure and supply issues.
