Project: TRLIA Feather River Floodway Corridor Restoration Project

Description: Restore habitat on 500 acres of a 1,600-acre levee setback area, creating a mosaic of riparian forest, riparian scrub, valley oak woodland, and perennial grassland. This project is expected to generate advance mitigation credits from CDFW for riparian habitat, and from USFWS (for valley elderberry longhorn beetle). Potential for Private Use dependent upon final use of any credits created; more information is available from the program.
