Project: Meyers Stream Environment Zone and Erosion Control Project

Description: The Meyers SEZ and EC project will reconnect Meyers Creek to its floodplain and restore over 9 acres of SEZ. This will enhance riparian and wildlife habitats, increase groundwater recharge, improve water quality, and sequester carbon. Water quality will also be improved through stabilization of eroding channels, installing infiltration basins and swales and flow spreading devices.
