Biola CSD plans to upgrade its water distribution system that does not meet minimum pressure during critical fire flow conditions and no storage capacity. Scope of work includes replacing part of the existing asbestos cement pipeline with PVC pipes, upsizing water mains to 8" diameter or larger size, constructing a new storage tank to meet MDD and required fire flow, installing new fire hydrants to meet required standards, replacing water meters, and installing automatic control system.
