Project: Mattole Headwaters Streamflow Enhancement Planning Project

Description: A grant to Sanctuary Forest Inc. for a cooperative project with: US Fish and Wildlife Service, Consulting Hydrologist, Mattole Salmon Group, Bella Vista Foundation, Patagonia Foundation, Anadromous Fund, Weeden Foundation, Grace Us Foundation to develop and permit 6 streamflow enhancement projects (wetland restoration, off channel recharge ponds, restoration of entrenched streams and instream habitat) and obtaining streamflow data on 8 downriver tributaries that have been prioritized for coho habitat recovery in the Mattole River Watershed located in Humboldt and Mendocino Counties, California.
