Project: San Joaquin River - Grayson Property Project

Description: A grant to River Partners for a cooperative project with DWR Regional Flood Management Plan, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services San Joaquin River National Wildlife Refuge, and DWR FloodSafe to complete a Baseline Report of the property to be protected, an evaluation of the historic and projected future water use, coupled with the development of future land use and habitat restoration planning, and perform a biological site assessment. The Grayson property is 285+ acres of real property located in Stanislaus County. Grantee acquired fee ownership of the Property through another grant from the Wildlife Conservation Board.
