This project will treat 175 acres by removing mature dead insect infested standing conifers as a result of drought and Bark Beetle infestation. Work performed will involve falling, skidding, loading, and trucking of the timber providing restoration of habitats and improved water quality.

This project will reduce fuel loading and provide a buffer zone that will reduce potential wildfire intensity and protect US Forest Service and private lands, as well as reducing the potential of wildfires crossing into multiple watersheds.
