Project: Antone Meadows Dam Removal and Restoration Project

Description: Planning grant to develop project design and CEQA necessary for project implementation. Project will evaluate the impacts of the existing degraded dam and water intake diversions and restoration of a natural stream gradient and floodplain. The project will also evaluate the removal of the water piping system extending approximately 1 mile through Burton Creek State Park, as well as the removal of conifers encroaching into the SEZ. Possible evaluation of existing undersized bridge replacement and restoration of deteriorated road accesses to the site.
