Project: Lake Tahoe West Collaborative

Description: Funding for the Lake Tahoe West Collaborative will initiate the planning for creation of a multi-jurisdictional landscape-scale strategy to restore and protect ecosystems on Lake Tahoe's West Shore. By designing and facilitating a stakeholder collaborative, forming a Science Team to develop models and scenarios to inform the process, and including considerations for shared data management and project coordination, the project will lay the groundwork for implementation of innovative and integrated ecosystem management activities.
