Project: Western Placer County Groundwater Assessment

Description: The purpose of this project is to: 1) assist in the development of a GSA by providing supportive information for staff to use to formulate a GSA agreement and the designated management and elected representatives to approve becoming a signatory to the GSA agreement and 2) resolve a critical data gap, to better quantify groundwater extractions for improved water balance estimates for the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) and to identify potential stakeholders for outreach during GSA and GSP development.
