Project: Kings/Westside Groundwater Basin Boundary Monitoring Program

Description: The purpose of this project is to improve groundwater monitoring at the boundary between the Kings and Westside Groundwater Subbasins and develop a groundwater model to better understand groundwater flows and other groundwater conditions. The model will facilitate basin-wide sustainability and lead to the development of future GSPs. The project also includes development of a County Ordinance to protect old wells from being destroyed so they can be converted to monitoring wells.
