Project: Orange County Water District- La Palma Recharge Basin Project

Description: The project involves the construction of a groundwater recharge basin in Orange County, Ca and the project site is situated within urban setting and surrounded by developed industrial land uses. This project will recharge about 51,000 afy of GWRS recycled water in the Orange County groundwater basin. The source of water to this basin will be highly-treated recycle water from OCWD's GWRS. A monitoring well will be contructed on the project site to measure water depth and water quality.
