Description: Promote efficient landscapes: Revisions and updates to the State’s Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance and improvements to landscape area measurement methodology to support the development of water budgets for existing landscape, support water distribution system leak detection and repair, promote conservation rate structures, urban water use data, water use efficiency standards and targets, Water/Energy Nexus Programs: Documentation of water supply embedded energy to support energy utility investment in cold water conservation programs.
