Project: Dutch Slough Tidal Marsh Restoration Project

Description: Implementation of the Dutch Slough Tidal Marsh Restoration Project, the first large-scale tidal wetland restoration in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta (Delta) and an important step in restoring fisheries habitat in the San Francisco Bay-Delta ecosystem. The Project will restore tidal marsh and associated wetland, riparian, and terrestrial habitats on 1,178 acres in the City of Oakley in the Delta in eastern Contra Costa County.
