Project: Upper Kings: Fresno Irrigation District - Southwest Groundwater Banking Project

Description: Construct channel improvements to the downstream-most 3 miles of the Lower Dry Creek Canal, and construct a 60-acre groundwater banking site. The project will recharge 5,500 acre feet per year and utilize existing wells to extract the water. The basin will provide approximately 270 AF of flood water surface storage in the basin.
