Description: Expand 5 programs to reduce per capita water demand by at least 10 percent over the next 20 years: (1) Large Landscape Audit and Incentives, (2) Commercial, Industrial and Institutional (CII) Audit and Customized Incentives, (3) Landscape Contractor Certification and Weather-Based Irrigation Controllers, (4) High-Efficiency Clothes Washer Rebates, and (5) Cash for Grass.
