Description: Construct an 8 million gallon dual use weather equalization facility at the wastewater treatment plant for average flow wetland and peak flow storage, 700 feet of seepage ecotone slope, 2.4 acres of rare native moist grassland/baylands ecotone, develop monitoring plan, and design guidelines.
