Description: To consider the acceptance of a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Habitat Conservation Planning Land Acquisition grant and the approval to subgrant the federal funds to the City of San Diego to assist with the fee acquisition of 17 acres of land in San Diego County. The bond proceeds were for appraisal review and escrow fees.
