Project: El Sobrante, Expansion 1

Description: A grant to the Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority (Authority); the acceptance of a Habitat Conservation Planning Land Acquisition Grant from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS); and the authorization to enter into an Agreement to Subgrant the federal funds to the Authority to acquire 44± acres of habitat to protect important habitat areas in in Western Riverside County. The terrain consists of rolling to hilly, mixed grasslands and Riversidean sage scrub, with intermittent riparian corridors.
