Restore 34 acres of interpreted historic wetlands, riparian and upland habitat, provide watershed water quality improvements, passive recreational amenities and preserve existing flood control functions of the Los Angeles Flood Control Detention Basin. The project will create a one-mile long river parkway along the Los Angeles River.
